I am privileged to have been employed and trained by knowledgeable individuals. Certain individuals who shared their knowledge with me were particularly enthusiastic about select aspects of food and beverage programs. Through them I not only became conversant with their certain specialty; but their enthusiasm about the specialty was transferred to me as well. Their interest created my thirst for more knowledge about the specialties that I initially learned from them. As a consequence, I continued to pursue more information about these subjects.
